Most of our members are experienced and already train regularly — they’re looking for more structure, accountability, and community. If you’re newer to fitness, you’ll be guided by certified coaches who teach proper form and progression so you can train confidently alongside everyone else.
Atlas Training Club is a community-based training experience with access to a private personal-training gym in Palm Springs. You’ll train in small groups with real coaching, expert programming, and a supportive atmosphere — not a crowded, anonymous gym floor.
Every member meets with a certified personal trainer to discuss goals, experience level, and preferences. From there, we develop the right 12-week training plan — whether that means joining a class series, following an Atlas program in the app, or getting direct coaching support.
